Common Issues
Authentication Failure: Verify your Access Key ID and Secret Access Key are correct. Ensure the service account has not been deactivated.
Endpoint Mismatch: Make sure the selected endpoint region matches the region where your bucket was created.
Bucket Not Found: Confirm the bucket name is correct and that your service account has permission to access it.
Best Practices
- Create dedicated service accounts for Pluton with minimum required permissions
- Use region-specific endpoints closest to your Pluton server for best performance
- Enable server-side encryption for sensitive backup data
- Monitor storage usage in the Lyve Cloud Console regularly
